Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds Policy

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scheduled tutoring session.

To accommodate your needs, we allow session cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a tutoring session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice.

We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that suits both parties.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

1. Cancellations with 48 Hours’ Notice:
   • If you cancel your session with at least 48 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations within 48 Hours:
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
3. No-shows:
   • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions:

By scheduling a tutoring session with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds Policy.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
